Who Are You?
By: Ron Graves
Although not recognizable to everyone in this discussion group, I have been a 'looker' for over a year. I am a 33 year old soon to be first time father (don't know yet, but girls play baseball too, just in case) who started coaching Little League in 1986 (After playing in the same league a a kid). After coaching for two years, I transfered to a different University, moved back , got married, but then found my way back to the ballpark. I coached for two years after this, then became the Vice Preisdent for the Majors Division. After 3 years of this, I was elected President of the League. Little did I know, nobody else was going to run. So this is my third and final year as President of Daniel Boone Little League in Columbia, Missouri, and I look forward to getting back to coaching more. I also am the founder and 'General Manager' for a competative baseball club called the Columbia RiverDogs. We have teams from U9-U13 years old. For my paying job, I am an Architectural Assistant for the University of Missouri, designing in-house remodeling and construction projects. I hope to contribute more, but with the baby on the way, I just hope to get some sleep. I guess I will be checking the Internet between rocks..... Thanks Ron Graves
