Local rules ...gone AMOK...

One of my concerns with this rule is... An unscrupulous manager could possibly not allow a kid to play in a game if he thinks his next opponent is not a challenge.... he could think..."this game is a tough game and next one is against a weak opponent...I'll sit this kid the entire game and only play him 4 inning the next game...."

I've seen worst.... the real problem I have is this is MINORS!!!! not even MAJORS!!!
