First, I would check out the qualifications of the instructors. The last thing you want is regular adult-style strength workouts; what you need is low weight, high repetition exercises. THAT would be my description for an early adolescent. Your son is 10, so I'd shy away from the weights. I would strength train with body weight exercises: push-ups, dips, pull ups, chin-ups; and really concentrate on abdominal work.

Now, the other activities sound great, as it works the body in a variety of ways, and the speed and agility training sounds great. For $25 a month, I'd do it, but without the weights. JT
