Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Whenever Thanksgiving comes around I always remember a certain basball game a few years ago when my son was 8 years old.

We were sitting in the bleachers watching the game and one of the the boys on our team came up to bat. His mother was always embarrassed and critical when her son made an error or struck out. Well, this particular at bat when her son sruck out and she started her complaining-my husband turned to her and said "I just thank God every day that my son can swing a bat." Her outlook on her son and the game of baseball changed from that day forward.
