This is just one of the issues which SHOULD be under discussion RIGHT NOW(Jan. 4-10) at the Little League Congress in San Antonio. Did anyone mention this to their District Administrator? It will be 3 years until the next LL Congress.

How about you Babe Ruth and PONY folks? AABC? NABF? AAU? CABA? Dizzy Dean?
