NOT SO TALENTED.

Help!! I am on the J.V squad at a small high school. At tryout, there was an incoming freshman who particularly stood out from the rest of her class. She made the j.v squad as a freshman, which is considered quite an honor. Now that we are halfway through basketball (problem started at beginning of football/camp) she doesn't have the talent anymore. All of my squadmates try to help her out and give her advice but she won't take it. She always has an excuse for something she did wrong, or a lot of the times, she will just blame it on another girl when it is obviously her fault. Our coaches are just as frustrated as we are and are out of options. Its seems to us that she put on a front for tryouts, but once she got what she wanted, she just didn't try anymore. Please help!!!!
