Our coach quit!!!!!

Our two squads, JV and V were having problems with our new coach for this year because she was dictating us and making us do sooo much more work than nessisary for cheerleaders to do. It was to the point that we would have no time to do school work, our grades were dropping, and we had to scedule regular appointents like the dentist and hair cuts during school because we did cheer items every single day of the week. We were all stressed out and not having fun because she was pushing us beyond our limits and not listening to us. Cheer is supposed to be fun and not suppose to affect our schooling, so we started complaining, and then our parents got invloved, and then instead of our coach trying to comprimise, she just quit, just like that. Now, our principal is mad at us, basically blaming us for her quitting and she told us that if she couldn't find us a coach within in a week, then there would be no cheer at our school, no but's about it!!! What are we supposed to do, we feel we did nothing wrong, or nothing that couldn't be talked out or comprimised with. Are there any ways of getting around this?? Our squads are desperate, and we only have till next friday! We don't know what to do?? Please Help!!!!
