Dominant team accused of running up the score

Our 11-12 yr old football team is a weird situation this year. We are clearly the strongest team in our league. Our skill players are very good and execute extremely well on almost every play.

Here is the problem: our games are usually over by halftime (we usually have a big lead)- we have not given up a point all year. When we try to execute our offense in the second half of the game, the coaches from the opposing teams (and sometimes the officials) get very angry, stating that we are trying to run up the score. This is not the case at all. Should our offense just "take a knee" during the second half of every game? Shoud we only allow our starting players to play 2 quarters of each game? This would have our JV players playing 6 quarters of football each week (we have a JV Team that plays a full JV Game each week).

It seems to me that the goal of youth football is to get the kids to love the game, and prepare them for junior high. I would sooner not keep score at all then force my team to not play hard.

Here are some other examples of our problem:

1)in our practices, we have been working on a punt-blocking scheme that is working very well. The problem is that we are relectant to try it in a game because the opposing teams are going to complain.

2)we have about 18 passing plays that we execute in practice. We have only used a few of them in games because we are reluctant to throw the ball in the second half.

3) in our league, 2 points are awarded for kicking the PAT (only 1 point is awarded for a run or pass PAT). With a big league, should we not try for the 2-point PAT which is like penalizing our kicker that has worked so hard?

So coaches, what do you think of this situation.
