FIRST GAME DISASTER HELP PLEASE!!!

First game last night and it was a disaster on offense. Defense held them to 60 yds total offense, unfortuntately one 40 yd sweep got away for TD, we lost 6-0. On offense, we ran a wing T and the boys were completely in left field. I have two boys that have been playing QB that are not able to retain their assignments very well. On four occasions they ran the ball into the wrong hole, right into the defense. Both are excellent runners but not able to keep focused once the play starts, instinct just takes over. I have two strong, big runners and a small fast runner. Should I just get a another small but smart guy to play QB and switch to a power I, or move one of the big strong runners to WB?
My WB is a decent athlete, just can't stay focused on his blocking assignment, so many times made good block, on the wrong guy. Thinking about moving him interior line and one of big strong RB's to WB? It is clear we need more reps but it seems we have a personnel problem. Any suggestions would be ever so greatly appreciated. Practice tonight, game Wed, need help fast. Thanks.
